Additional Documents Pending MyCIC account created before Job Bank Registration

I have created myCIC account. It is showing me overall points. But it is showing profile submitted but i have not yet got Express entry Profile Number. It says additional documents pending. It has been more than 24 hours that I had created the profile? Kindly help me out.

Have you keyed in your IELTS TRF# and ECA Number?

Yes, I had. Because both my my IELTS score and Educational qualification has been considered and I have got score for both of them.

I have quoted there both Bachelors and Masters degree ECA. Both are having same ECA#. Is it right?
