Additional documentation to support declared work

Hi to all,

I just received an email from cic requesting for additional documentation in support to my declared work experiences. It says it can be paystubs, banking record showing payroll deposits, and any documentation indicating duties and tenure.

Aside from paystub and banking records, what are some other documents which i can show as proof. Does a letter from a former colleague stating that we have worked in the same company acceptable?
Please help, i have only 7 days to provide these documents

A letter from HR (with company logo) with the person's signature and business card would be better.
