Additional document sds

Hi everyone,
I applied for a study permit under sds and I was asked to provide a police certificate on the 21 of April which I submitted the next day. It has been 11 days now and ircc still didn’t confirm the reception of document. Is it normal to wait that long ? A friend of mine received the confirmation of reception 5 days after he sent the document. I don’t know what’s wrong. Can you help me please. Thank you.

Raise a webform and tell them regarding this. Also, are you a Pakistani applicant?

Raise a webform and tell them regarding this. Also, are you a Pakistani applicant?

After how many days did you get response? I too got Additional document request on october 26th and few who got on same day got ppr after two days and my review hasn't started yet.
