i just received an update on my PR application that Medical passed and additional document is required.
the additional document is : Police criminal record for my stay in South Sudan for more than 6 months, as per IRCC instructions this document is not required unless they ask for it, that's why i didn't submit from the beginning.
i have two problems,
1st, currently i am out of South Sudan and the embassy abroad are not issuing any police check or recommendation letters, and embassy employee suggested that i must travel back to get it.
2nd.. Canada immigration officer has wrongly written my name, email, application number in the ADR letter..so i didn't receive it by mail..i only downloaded it from profile.
what is the action i should do in this case? which email address i should reply to send the required documents? what is the subject format or template i should follow?
