Additional document requested: Travel history IMM5562.

Hello..

I have applied on 4th january CEC. Today I was asked to fill IMM5562. I have about 40 travel details to fill. So I'll have to use additional document with IMM5562.

Q: while filling Express entry form online, I have mentioned year, month, and date. But in IMM5562 form the format is Year and month.
So do i need to use Year month date or Year month would be fine in IMM5562?.

No need to mention the date. The length of your trips will show exactly how many days you were travelling.

I have traveled to Detroit 6 times in the same month. So i'll be mentioning 6 trips with the same Year and the month right ?

Well yes, but i'm assuming these trips were from Canada to the US right? If so then that's fine.

i have question regarding same situation, when you have received this ADR was there anything mentioned below in same document like update marriage or common law, child or changes in status. i was just checking if this is only posted to me or this is common to be mentioned
