Hi,
I have submitted Visitor visa application for my father on 4th May. My family has one court case over property dispute from last 12 years. He has already acquired court permission for his visit to Canada.

During 2014 he has been approved with 9 months multi entry Canadian Visa, as well he visited Canada for 5 months along with my mother. My mother has valid Canadian Visa till 2022.

CIC requested for additional docs for court approval documents on 4th June which we have submitted on 5th June via VFS.

Can anyone please let me know how much processing time will require after submission of additional documents?

It's not possible to say how long it will take to process your dad's application after submitting these additional documents

@Bryanna - Thanks for your reply.

Actually we were hoping that as he has already visited Canada this should not delay. As last time also we had submitted all court case documents and have received Visa after 15 calendar days. This time its taking too longer. They also have US Visa interview appointment on June end.

Also we have submitted their confirmed return tickets

IRCC has requested the new court documents to understand at what stage the court matter is presently.

Out of curiosity, normally one does not need the permission of the court to travel abroad for property disputes as these are civil matters. I guess there are some proceedings in the criminal court too.

Your dad can scan/upload through a CSE + email the US B1/B2 visa + any flight bookings for the US..... if he does not get his TRV by end-June
