Well my document sent to nova scota, and not yet assigned to specific office. Am based in Saudi Arabia

May be they are taking about form IMM5669E. You must complete form IMM5669E properly and submit. As per IMM5669E (SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND DECLARATION) Form in point 11:

11. Military and/or paramilitary Service

Provide below complete details of military service for each of the countries in whose armed forces you served.
Write "NONE" in the box if you have not undertaken military and/or paramilitary service. Do not leave any gaps in time.
