Additional dependant declaration form IMM 008 DEP

Hello ,
For Additional dependant declaration form IMM 0008 DEP , As per the guide, it says Principal applicant must fill it. However, checklist says, U must fill if have more than 5 dependants.
I have 3 dependants. I request if anyone can suggest if I need to submit this form?

No you don't need to fill it. You can add all your dependants in the generic application form.

This form must be completed by:

You, the principal applicant on behalf of each of your dependant.

Dependant(s)

You, the principal applicant must answer each question on behalf of each of your dependant(s). The questions are the same that you answered for yourself and other dependants on the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008).

Follow the previous instructions to help you answering the questions for your dependant.
