Adding spouse to current PR application

Hi,

My passport request came and I updated CIC regarding my change in Marital status. Then CIC sent me a letter requesting addtional documents to be sent withing 30 days.
The documents were to be emailed to CIC @cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca which I did.

My question is when I go into My CIC profile online to view my submitted application. At bottom of my application it says "Replacement needed Kit application forms (required) Upload "

What should I upload here ? Is it the same form I sent to CIC via email or is it something else.

Please help as I just have 2 more days left to submit this.

Yes, I uploaded the same documents that I had sent email.
And received Medical request for my spouse.

are u saying that you just added your spouse to your PR application, without having to sponsor her?

Hey, I am sailing in the same boat. I informed CIC about my marriage and they asked me to upload the documents within 30 days. I did submit all the documents by 12th June 2019 and Medical came on 13th. I submitted my wifes medical on 14th June 2019.

My question is , how much time does CIC will take till PPR request COPR.? If we have submitted all the documents and medical by 14th June 2019, when can we expect the request from CIC to submit both of our passport for stamping.?

If you get married while you have a PR application in process, you MUST inform IRCC and add your spouse to your application. Failure to do could be deemed misrepresentation.
