Adding Spouse to CEC

Hello Friends,
I am November 2013 applicant and wishing to receive my MRs soon ....
But, also want to have knowledge of adding Spouse to CEC application when it is under process. Since, I may get married soon and I understand that Family Class take around 12 months minimum to process the application. Hence, it would be very nice if I add my future spouse to my file before CIC makes any decision with my application.
So, Seniors and experienced people plz share your thoughts and views regarding this situation.
Also, if any one who did this can tell what Forms one need to fill in order to add spouse to the CEC application.

Search for 'Sponsor wife after receiving my PR - CanadaVisa.com',

for some reason, I keep on getting this trying to post the link ---> "Sorry, you are not allowed to post links."

If I remember correctly, you need to have 10 posts to be allowed to post links
