Adding Spouse on closed WP & CEC help

Guys plz help me

I applied CEC in Feb 2012, received AOR June 2012. NO MR yet

I got closed WP in Jan 2013 to Jan 2015

Getting Married in Feb 3rd week 2013.

Need to do ..

1. Update CEC with spouse name


Questions

1. what would be best to bring my spouse here in Canada ?

2. Am I eligible to apply WP for Spouse ? what would be success rate of getting Spouse WP ?

3. How long would it take CEC to update spouse & update the file and process it ?

Your spouse can apply for open work permit in the country of residence, I t will take hardly 3 weeks
