Adding spouse before landing

Hi,

I had updated the CIC through the mail, that I have got married before landing and requested them to please guide me on how to add spouse.

I recently received a mail saying" your application has been updated, kindly login and check message" when I logged in I saw my application has been reset and it is saying application under review as status. However, i have no message in inbox stating steps or document to submit.

Help guys, I am confused. please, what does this mean etc?
