I actually sent our documents twice, first through email then after 3 weeks (when I asked to upload the RPRF), another 11 slots were opened, one for each document.

I attached the proof of funds to the IMM0008, and the medical exam in the PCC

Sorry, I missed your post. I uploaded a copy of the orginal birth cert. I guess that notarized copy is for non-english document.

Lol, never got any ghost mail since I created my EE.

You have to do nothing. Just wait until they open the new documents you uploaded. For my case, it was on the same day. SGVO is quick in responding to queries but slow like a turtle in processing the application.
