Everyone of us has got remedical request.. i hope they will not further delay it

PR Approved. Received passports and COPR letter today.

Category - FSW (Outland)
AOR - Dec 10th 2018
MEP/IP1 - Jan 21st 2019
IP2 - Feb21st 2019
First PPR - March 26th 2019
Got married and updated about my marriage to IRCC via phone. They sent an email with all necessary documents and asked me to upload via CIC webform. I sent everything. IRCC acknowledged they received documents on April 24th 2019.
No update after that. I called them many times and asked the status via webform request. I always got a generic reply saying it’s in processing.
I didn’t see my spouse UCI added in the online account nor they requested for her medicals.
Really don’t know what they did or processed from April to Nov 2019
But again on Nov 1st 2019, IRCC sent a PDF document in CIC account asking for the same set of documents to add spouse. But this time they gave some slots to upload the documents directly in the my CIC account.
Uploaded all the documents on Nov 22nd 2019.
Spouse medicals passed - Dec 18th 2019
Got passport request - Jan 7th 2020 ( This time, I didn’t get PPR email. I got a PDF document in my CIC account requesting passports.)
Passports Received by Ottawa office - Jan15th 2020
Online status change to Approved - Jan 21st 2020
Received Passports and COPR letter - Jan 27th 2020

I got married on may 8 2019
Added my wife to the PR application and got UCI number updated on August 2019
When i call the CIC- they informed me that my application is in delhi immigration and i need to contact them.
I sent a mail to the immigration office no reply from them.
I am waiting for my wife bio-metric invite

Even I got remedical request and biometrics request on 20th Jan, 2020. Sent email to cic asking if we can use the medical that wasdone on august 9, 2019. They havent replied yet. But, my portal says medical passed on 28th Jan, 2020 and the biometrics date is also updated to 23rd Jan, 2020. Things are moving!
There was a ghost update after husband’s medical passed about three weeks ago. Anyone has any idea what that means?
