After ITA and PPR can we still add spouse as accompanying even though ITA was showing not accompanying to avoid long wait for inland sponsorship application?

Spouse has all the ECA and Ielts.

Today i got another ppr mail from cpco final request, i think that was there response to my inquiry but they didnt send any annex form neither they mentioned anything about my spouse not even her name. It was just another ppr mail to submit passport for PA without annex but it does have information about VFS offices india and their link.
Plz share your opinion about it
If u been through this situation or similar incident you heard off.

Hi, sorry, I was too busy for our landing next week. Yes, as others have said, submit her passport to VFS and use your Annex A (from the first PPR).

It depends usually from 2 weeks to 10 weeks. but best case would be 6-8 weeks.

Mine is almost 4 weeks, since I submitted docs of my spouse.

@ravish02 I sent my wife's docs on April 2 with her upfront e-medical, got a request for my e-medical (PA) 20 days later. Submitted my e-medical on May 2, which got passed on May 5.

So I'm feeling curious, is the processing time of 6-8 weeks from the time I submitted the initial docs of my wife or from the time I submitted my e-medical? Sorry to bother you with a silly question like this, but I'm just feeling very restless waiting for the PPR. Checking the CIC account 8-10 times every day

But got a request to submit passports.

Is it possible to land separately bcz i m canada and my wife will be coming from outside of country.

You should marry and add in same application before landing Canada... it will take max of 3months to get you PR in this case.(I did same- got my spouse PR in 1month)

If you marry and add after he lands canada .. then processing time will be around 1year.

Congrats on getting PPR! I added submitted my spouse documents on 5th April, the next day spouse UCI number was generated and medical was changed to passed. No change in CIC Account since then. Does the status change or do we get PPR directly?

For most people there would be no change in the status. Anyways the system takes 5-7 to update from the date of your PPR. But even if it does, it wouldn't matter. All the best

Nope, Coz I don't have, Coz I did not submitted my Passport on PPR1 mail.

Usually the request for Passport and old COPR comes along with the letter with docs request to add spouse. But if they haven't asked for it, probably they dnt need it in your case. For assurance, you can call IRCC and check with them

2. I got married on 31st March 2018, i am completing my wife's documents and i am yet to inform CIC about my marriage. I am planning to inform them next week. Do you think there can be any issue in delay inform.

1. No question here
2. Well you should inform them at the earliest. I'd suggest you send them an update asap through a CSE. For clarification you can tell them that you were busy with after marriage formalities and honeymoon etc
3. That's ok, no issues here. IRCC just needs to see that you have followed their instructions properly and submitted the right documents
