Anyone has idea? I'm EE PNP outlander and I got divorced before entrering EE pool, now i have submitted my passport for COPR. As i'm planning to remarry my ex-husband, could anyone suggest whether i should add my spouse after COPR or after I land in Canada. I tend to add spouse after COPR so that we as family (with our daughter) can land together, but my major concern is that will it have negtive impact on my application? and how long will it take to get the new added spouse approved?

Thanks in advance!

It will take a number of months to get your spouse added. Plan on at least 4.

My brother in law added a spouse (Feb 2021) after receiving COPR (via express entry / skilled worker) and is still waiting....crickets....I submitted an ATIP request back in March - have heard nothing. It's so frustrating.

Has anyone been getting updates from IRCC? It's been 4 months months since I informed IRCC of my marriage via webform, still no response from them on what documents I should send to them to include my spouse. Does it help to submit another web form?
