It’s so sad to hear that returning back after long waiting and getting PR.
Now what you did to save PR? Bcoz my condition is also similar as u have and I also need help. Plz help me
There's nothing sad about this situation. This person didn't follow the instructions and that's why they ran into problems.

You must add your spouse to your application before landing. This includes returning your COPR and waiting for 3-4 months for IRCC to process the paperwork for your spouse before getting a new COPR. If you don't do this, then you must apply for PR again from scratch.

I’m also confused, bcoz I got ppr on 22 January and updated about marriage on 26 January, after that I submitted all my spouse’s documents on 26 February. I didn’t got reply from them and again I got another ppr mail on 7 March with second request. I confused a lot and now I submitted my passport on 2april.
Now I thought that if I got CoPR then I will again inform IRCC to cancel my CoPR.
Is any idea what will be the right way?

Good Day,

Please I will need some advice on my current process.

After visiting this blog and this topic I become concern about my application.

I received my CoPR last year August and did my legal marriage in December, informed my visa office about my martial status in March and I was informed from the visa office to filled and submitted some forms and questionnaire, which I have done, submitted and received by the Visa office on 2/5/2019

The following are my questions;

1. Is it true that my visa which will expire in 20/7/2019, will be requested for return and cancel? If Yes, how long does it take to be requested for and return back.

2. Will the reissued visa come with an extended date? If No, Is wise for me to book my flight now.

3. Is the visa office going to issue Visa to myself and wife same time.

Please your feedback will be much appreciated.

Thank you.

I am still in my home country. I do not understand what you mean by inland or outlander. please explain.
Thanks
Means ur home country?
If u are in Canada(inland) u may have got ur PR card, and a permanent residence of Canada, then u can sponsor ur spouse.
But if u are from other country and not yet landed in Canada, u got married after CoPR, then u can add ur spouse as dependent applicant. U have to return ur CoPR, get cancel the stamp, after processing of ur spouse like criminal records, police verifications, medical etc. then u can get new CoPR and land in Canada.
This is some of the knowledge that I know rest of the u can tke suggestions of experts and lawyers.

Thanks for Feedback. However, How long does it take to request for my COPR, because my wife had already done criminal , police verification but not medicals and submit to the visa office.

The full process is of 4-5 months but sometimes they take more than usual. Now they have received ur documents but not may not processed, After enquiring all the documents they will send u mail regarding medical, and then u will receive ppr mail and get new CoPR.
Did u received UCI no. for ur wife?
I have also same as urs timeline but I submitted my spouse’s documents after ppr and before CoPR. Waiting for spouse’ Medical, even my medical is also expiring tomorrow, may I also need new medical.

Wow, ur medical is expiring tomorrow, then what happen to CoPR, Have the Visa office requested for ur passport.
My Wife do not have an UCI number, however I used my own UCI in ur form.
But if it takes 4-5 months for this process, then after will happen to Visa that will expire on the 20/7/2019. Will I have to start again or what?

I didn’t got COPR as they retuned my passport blank without stamping and CoPR, now my file is under process even on ECAS status, after full processing they issue new CoPR and with new visa date.
I may have to done medical again, if I got medical mail for my wife then I will also go for upfront medical.

Truly, I appreciate your feedback. I this your feedback I need to understand some information;
1. Do you mean that your Passport was returned without a new visa stamp?
2. You said that you received a new visa date or CoPR.
3. Did your CoPR stated you are married.
4.Why do not travel since your CoPR has been updated.

I received PPR mail on 22 January 2019, then I updated about marriage on 26 January via webform to which they replied asking about the documents of spouse including fees, PCC, marriage certificate, birth certificate of wife and some IMM forms about family declaration. I didn’t got any response from CIC, on 8 March they again send me a ppr mail asking about passport with second request. I’m confused at this that why they send me again ppr mail bcoz without enquiring spouse’s documents we can’t submit our passport. So in between confusions I submitted my passport to see what will happen. But within a week they sent back my passport without anything written on passport. Now my file is transferred to local visa office and processing has been started. My Local visa office again asking all the documents once again which I received mail on 6 May.
1. Yes my passport returned empty no any visa old or new one.
2. I didn’t received any visa or CoPR.
3. I don’t have any CoPR.
4. I added spouse after ppr, so before issuing CoPR CIC may have viewed my documents.
Hope u understands my whole process.

I know this process is so difficult and depressing, u have to relax and concentrate on ur file, add spouse, wait some more time to have ur PR. I think u have to return ur CoPR and cancel the stamp. I’m also so much depressed at that time, asked from lot of people everywhere but now relieved as my process has been again started

Actually, this process can be depressing.

Few questions;
1. Please where is your local visa office?
2. What happens now that your medical has expired?
3. So I should wait till they request from my Passport & CoPR.
4. Finally, can I write them an email to confirm status, because my Visa office is Accra,Ghana?

Thanks, most appreciated

1. My visa office is New Delhi, India.
2. May be they want new medical, or I am thinking of upfront medical.
3. Yes u have to wait for new CoPR after the process has been completed.
4. Yes u can e-mail them. Or u can raise CSE webform.
One thing that have u submitted ur spouse’s documents??
