Adding spouse after COPR request

I have got COPR on October 1,2018 and without completing landing procedure, Submitted documents for add on request of my spouse on October 5,2018 as non accompanying partner. It’s been 3 months now and they replied to case specific enquiry that all the information is verified on 30 November and will finalize my file as soon as possible. I am still waiting and my file is still in process. Can anyone tell me how long they will take to issue a passport request.

I am still waiting. But this month they have asked me for additional documents. Hope that I will get decision Soon.

That's a long time brother. What additional documents did they ask if I may ask? Also, what supporting documents did you submit for your marriage?
