Hello
I received my ITA Healthcare Draw (CRS-478), I have one question that is not being addressed in the past posts.
1. My husband is in Military and has a passport with Uniform Picture. He has resigned and his decision for resignation is pending which might take more than 60 days (time for which I have to submit documents). He can’t provide No Objection Certificate as it is highly not recommended for Officers to apply for immigration before they are released.
2. His All documents incl. IELTS/ECA is ready. less passport with civilian status.
3. Can I add him post ITA after 60 days have passed when his resignation is accepted ?
4. Any other way to bring him onboard from day 1?

Hi Everyone
I added my spouse after 6 months of getting married. Will that have any affect on the application?
Also, after submitting all the required documents through webform I could only see her name as dependent but couldn't see any of the documents that I submitted and neither did I get any confirmation from ircc. Is this the only way to ensure that my spouse have been added?

Hi everyone. Need urgent help pls. My COPR expires on 25th May 2025, I recently got married on 28th March and informed IRCC immediately in 2-3 days after the wedding. I sent the first webform just informing them about my status change because i did not have the marriage certificate with me, it takes time to get marriage registered in India. In the 2nd webform, I attached my wedding photos and my spouse's passport details. Both times I got the same response. I am really worried now and not sure what to do? Have they changed the rules or something? Can i not add my spouse to my application anymore, do i land with my single COPR which is valid till 25th May? Its confusing. I tried calling IRCC but couldn't get through them. Please someone advise.

This is the response i got both times.....
