I am an Indian resident, currently living and working in India. Have applied for PR and eligible for CEC category and hopefully will get the ITA in the next draw as I have CRS score of 488. I have following question -
Once we submit all my spouse documents that CIC asks, do I have to leave Canada and do the landing process with her? Since I am already here and working in Canada how would the process go?
I have read how the process go for people applying from India but nothing mentioned specifically for CEC applicants.
I would really appreciate if somebody can explain me the whole process that goes through when you add a spouse after AOR under CEC, or somebody that has been through the same when the main applicant is working and living in Canada and the partner being in India.
