Not possible. Parents aren't dependent for immigration purposes.

Is there any route that I can take them along with me (through any other visa category) at my first arrival to Canada when I get my immigration.

There is no route for taking them to Canada permanently with you on your first arrival to Canada.

They can certainly apply for a visitor visa. However this will only allow them to visit Canada temporarily - not move here or live here.
