Hello.

I am planning to add our newborn to the CEC PR application. When contacted CIC, I am asked to submit latest IMM0008ENU along with the below. Why does my spouse have to apply for CSQ while updating with newborn details? Is this a typo? We have indicated that we intend to live in Burnaby(BC). Please advise. Thank you.
