adding newborn baby to application

Hi friends. I am studying master in Canada with a study permit as an international student and my spouse has OWP. now my new baby is born out of Canada, how and which kind of visa should I apply for this newborn baby?

Assuming the child is not visa-exempt, you need to apply for a TRV.

what about Libyan nationality ? same issue I got study permit visa and my wife open work permit , we have 3 month baby and want to apply for her
