Adding new born child to PR application

Hello,

I have already applied for PR but recently delivered a baby and I am still waiting for AOR. Can you please guide me on what needs to be submitted for adding the newborn to the PR application.

I am currently waiting for CSQ for newborn. Should I obtain AOR first before proceeding with any updates for PR or should I inform CIC in the meantime?

I see that we can contact CIC via IRCC web form. Should I use that for the update of the newborn child? or should all the docs be sent via mail?

Yes, you can update the same through webform, but it's more good to send a communication along with documents and application for the CSQ or to the Sydney, Nova scotia where you have already sent your federal application, through a courier dispatch.

even after AOR, the immigration office will ask you to update any changes in your application like adding or deleting the members, you can do it even at that stage.
