Adding my new born baby

first I would like to thank everyone for being supportive and helpful.
I'm adding my new born child, the question do I need to send her photos? how many?
also this is the form I'm sending, can anyone tell me if I'm missing anything?
a. Additional dependents/ declaration form IMM 008DEP
b. Additional Family Information IMM 5406
c. Fee payment form IMM 5620
d. Prove of fund.

$150 processing fee
Copies of birth certificate and passport
Updated IMM8 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp
Updated IMM5406 Additional Family Information forms
4 x passport sized photos of the baby.
