Adding extra CRS points!

Does anyone know whether the spouse's Ielts and French(TCF) language test can add extra points to the main applicant for Express entry? I mean by both tests.

looks like it only asks for spouse's first official language, there's no mention in the link regarding points for spouse's second official language test.

Thank you for your help. It shows spouse can only give Ielts and add extra points. The main applicant has to get NCLC 7 to get additional 30 points with Ielts higher than CLB 5.
