did you get invitation for PR? if not then you can add her anytime but if you get invitation for PR then you must have add her in profile by calling cic and ask them how to do. my daughter also born in canada but it doesnt make any difference because she is not included in my file for PR but i had to give her birth certificate as a proof.

You need to include her in you EE profile as it counts towards your family size which implicates your funds available. You don't need to do any medicals or pay fees when you indicate that your daughter is a Canadian citizen.
