Adding Baby to Already Approved Application

Thanks for reply but I am not citizen, I am permanent resident.

You would have to apply for a PR.. I believe all the papers that are usually required to file for a PR. I have not seen if fee is different for adult and minor.

It goes quickly though through the approval process..

Anyone have an Idea about processing time for ADD-On Application filled in CPC Mississauga.
As per CPC-M Requirement I filled separate add one application for sponsorship of our new born. My Spouse sponsorship was already approved.
My question is
It will be processed under normal processing time of sponsorship or will be given special consideration. I was told to write ADD on envelope.
