Addicted to Ecas

Morning I have realized I am more of an addicted to ecas status check. :-[

I need to stop this, I guess most of the people here going through same phase.Please help me to come out of this addiction.
some how I have to stop thinking about my application status everyday,everynight

Think about it this way. Ecas is only updated in the morning (around 11AM to be sure). Just check once and that's it.
