Add wife wes or not post ITA please help!!

Just got my wife's education assessed by wes but i already ans no to wes of spouse done or not. Now I got ITA without that so should i have to change the ans to yes or leave it??

You do not need to add it now. If you would like to add it, there is no harm. It is up to you.
