Add spouse after receiving NOI

Hello,

My credentials assessment should be done by the end of this week and i will be able to submit my application.

My CRS is 432 if i do not include my wife and 421 with her.

I was thinking if it is possible to submit my request without my wife to increase my chances of getting an NOI and add her after receiving an NOI, is that possible ?

Does the crs need to stay the same after receiving an noi or does it have to stay above 400 ?
Any ideas ?
