I have raised a CSE. How long does it take for CIC to respond as I'm nearing my submission dates. Its been 3 working days since I've raised my CSE.Thanks mate! Appreciate your reply.
Can be 30 days.I have raised a CSE. How long does it take for CIC to respond as I'm nearing my submission dates. Its been 3 working days since I've raised my CSE.
Are you saying the time they take to respond to CSE about my impending birth they might take 30 DAYS?? I have my PP submission time getting over before that. In case of delay from their end can I send my PP to the LVO with a LOE about my situation (Pregnant and expecting child within next 30 days). I only have 15 days more to submit my PP.Can be 30 days.
This is good advice in one of your previous discussions.
"Please do inform CIC about your pregnancy. Submit your passports as usual along with a letter addressed to CIC informing them of your pregnancy and expected due date. My agent also emailed them but i dont know if thats required.
In my case, i was 9 months preg. They withdrew my COPR and returned our passports asking us to inform them asap once the baby is born. We did that, and they mailed us asking us to submit her birth certificate, passport and medicals within 30 days of birth. This we did and we got our COPR promptly enough after that. And then passports including the babys were stamped. It was all quite quick and easy. Ofcourse, we were disappointed when our passports returned the first time, but it was for the best.
Make sure you get birth certificate and passport asap because if that delays then medicals will delay.
POF ... Wasnt asked for. But then our funds did cover the new member too, so maybe thats y."
I agree submit your passports with a note about your impending birth of your child. They may send them back and ask you to resubmit with extension or you may have to repeat the COPR process again and add your baby.
Why are you applying for PR of your baby? I believe she would already have Canadian citizenship as she is born in Canada!Hi, I submitted my PR application(Inland CEC) on 30 July along with my wife's pregnancy deferral letter. Her due date was 05 Nov. We belled with baby girl on 9th Nov in Canada. I have received ADR on 20 Nov asking to submit additional information with new born baby details. I dont have anything proof except my wife's delivery discharge document and birth certificate application acknowledgement.
I have written explanation letter mentioning that applied for birth certificate and this will take 6-8 weeks according to service ontario. I have submitted all proofs including discharge summary, new born baby temp health card and birth certificate application acknowledgement. I have submitted on 21 Nov and also mentioned that my wife took x-ray.
It almost my PR application is submitted around 4 months. As per my understanding CIC will ask ADR only if application everything is fine otherwise they don't ask.
Can any experts confirm how long more it is going to take ? and also confirm my understanding is correct
I have not applied PR but we need provide family information and other detailsWhy are you applying for PR of your baby? I believe she would already have Canadian citizenship as she is born in Canada!

Submit the baby's birth certificate as soon as you get it. This will likely hold things up.

Of course not. A VO couldn't tell you exactly how long it is going to take. But relax, it has only been 4 months, and your wife has only just completed her medical exam. You should expect processing to take longer.
Hi ChitraNo I am still waiting for the passports.. it has been almost 50 days since I have sent them,,,but it is still under process at Canada Visa Office, New Delhi :-( :-( (as mentioned in online tracking system)
I dont know whom to enquire for this delay, as I have emailed to CIC and NDVO but havent yet received any response. VFS and CIC asked me to contact NDVO for the same when i had a conversation with them via their help line numbers. . but unfortunately, NDVO doesnt entertain anyone on phone or in person, they just asked to mail them and wait for the response..
Can anyone help me where should I reach???
