adaptabilty point based confussion?

hi,

i live in india and i am completing my point 67 under federal skilled worker including adaptability my spouse educational qualification that gives me 4 point to obtain completeD 67 points.-----BUT i am confused if i don't give my spouse additional processing fees ($550) to CIO and later ($ 490) for RPRF TO visa office in new delhi then will i get my spouse education point ? .however i am showing all the marriage proof with my application



IS IT necessary to give wife APPLICATION FEES TO CIO AND LATER TO NEW DELHI TO OBTAIN UNDER ADAPTABILITY WIFE EDUCATION QUALIFICATION POINT?



PLZ GIVE ME A HELP

You have to pay the fees for your wife too. Unless you don't plan your wife to come with you, then you wll not receive adaptability points. Why would she help you "adapt" to your new life if she is not with you. If both of you are immigrating, then both of you have to pay all the required fees.
