Hi guys !,
it's been a while but I now have my C.I.O approval and am ready to send in my application for FSW to London. I have several blood relatives in Canada but one in particular is weary about me photocopying her passport page for points under adaptability because she thinks that it means that she would have to 'sponsor' me as it were under canadian law if anything were to happen with my job.

Is this the case ?

Thanks in advance,

No it is not, to get the 5 points you have to prove the relationship to either Mother/Father/Brother/Sister/Aunt/Uncle/Niece/Nephew/Grandparent living in Canada as PR or Citizen. Their is no obligation on their part.
