Activity history: Govt positions held?

Greetings,

I work as a govt veterinarian (officer). In the post ITA filing process, they ask about Government positions held under Activity History. Do I need to mention my current job as a Govt position?

Also what extra hassle does mentioning govt job brings, if any?

Search the forum and you will find an answer to this. They are referring to civil servants who have decision making authority in government policies. Don't think you fall in that category.

Thanks! I understand that mine is not an administration job but they don’t clarify that they only mean decision makers. That kinda puts me in doubt.

Hi All,

For my Activity History, I have got to mention my 2 course of study and my current job. that completes the tenure.

My confusion is after I completed my Diploma in 2013 April, I had a gap of 2 Months to join my Bachelors. This gap of 2 months I'm not sure how to fill it.. Luckily there is no gap between Bachelors and DOJ of Work.

Below are the Activity Type options available in the drop down.

Education Activity
Employment
Government
Military
Organization
Incarcerated
Unemployed
Homemaker
Retired

Could you please kindly guide with the right option... I'm hardly lefft with 20 days.. Worried..
