I'm currently filling out my FSW application (the part about activities in the last ten years) but I'm not sure if I will be required to provide reference letters for my volunteer work and unpaid internships. I also just started a new job at the beginning of October and I don't want to ask for reference letters so early so as not to give the wrong impression, plus I like this job so should I or should I not declare it in this section?

You are required to submit reference letters only for work experience you add to the Work History section. Other activities in the Personal History section don't require reference letters. In addition, you have to declare your new job in Personal History section if you are not claiming points for it and you will not need to submit a reference letter. Good Luck!
