Action required but no update in account

I received an email that the application has been updated but still can't see any changes

did u contact cic or raised a technical issue.

Hi All,

When I log in to my account, under the submitted application table, details column says " your action is required" against the PR profile . However there is no messages received in the account nor an e mail from CIC stating what action is required.

The application details states your application is under process. (I cannot see any requirements for additional documents or info)

Is anyone facing this issue? Is this because CIC is currently facing technical issues in their site?

Hey people..

Exactly the same issue. My status got updated to 'Your action is required'. The UCI was assigned and the medical status was changed to 'if you need a medical exam, a message with instructions will be sent to you'.

It has been now 4 days since it happened and it is making me concerned now.

Can anyone here can please put some light on the issue?
Is it really a technical glitch and raising a technical issue will get ti fixed?

Hi,
Mine got updated yesterday. There's no more "your action is required".
Instead i have been updated as follows:
Meds : We are reviewing your results of the medical exam"
BG : We are processing your background check....

I'm confused as to which stage I'm at?

It has been showing the message since beginning of June and haven't changed yet. hopefully sometime soon they fix the problem.

Sorry for the delayed response.
About the issue, it got updated to 'You passed the medicals' after 4 days and the the profile status was also updated to 'Submitted' from 'Your action is required'.
As I was worried, I called CIC in between and they told me to be patient as sometimes it may happen to some profiles (technical glitches).
On the whole, it took 4 days for this status update.

Now, I have also crossed IP1 and moved to NA2.

Hope, things go well for you too..

About the issue, for me the medical status got updated to 'You passed the medicals' after 4 days and at the same time the profile status was also updated to 'Submitted' from 'Your action is required'.

As I was worried, I called CIC in between and they told me to be patient as sometimes it may happen to some profiles (technical glitches).
On the whole, it took 4 days for this status update.

But I also know a couple of guys, who got an ADR after 1-2 days of this 'Your action is required' thing.

Now, I have also crossed IP1 and moved to NA2.

Thanks for your reply. I called CIC as well, and they told be to wait and this can be a tech glitch some time. But I have had this issue for one week. And still it's your action is required. Well... I guess I can do nothing but wait... But thank you so much and wish all the best.
