Sorry, my mistake. I was going to suggest the International Experience Canada but I can see OP is from Sri Lanka and they don't appear to be elligible. I guess improving his language skills is the best way to go

I appreciate the recommendations. I'll Look in to matters what i could improve in my side.its been really helpful :) btw i have 4+ experience as Software Engineer
Another thing you could do is apply for an open work permit and find a job when you are here. If you have at least 1 year of skilled work experience, you could then apply for PR under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) Keep in mind that you will have to improve your english skills and you'd be surprised how much you can improve by being in Canada and using english everyday. As others have mentioned, aim for 8+

Yeah, that would be best. I'm a native english speaker so I've never had to take lessons, but my wife who had to learn english said that one of the best ways is to try and expose yourself as much as possible to the language. Watch english tv shows with subtitles, practice writing and speaking and study as much as you can. Good Luck!
