Hi! I passed my sponsorship application last April 2019. I used the online tracker and found out that my application was recieved. But then I still don't have an AOR from CIC. Is that normal? Thanks!

It looks like you submitted your application in April 2019 and recently saw on ECAS (On-Line Services) that your application was received. Yes, it is normal that you haven't received AOR yet. You should get it within a few days hopefully.
