Acknowledgement letter hasn't been received

Hi! My online citizenship application status shows application received on Sep 6 (2013), acknowledgement letter has been sent on Sep 6, but i never received it. Wonder if it's normal time frame? (Toronto)

If the letter was sent September 6th, maybe you should call and ask where it is.

They don't actually send acknowledgement letter on the same day, they send it months later. It's an inaccuracy in ecas, so just ignore it.

Actually they send it when the application goes for processing.
