I just called up Quebec Office, they are saying that their website has crashed and they don't know how much time it will take to restart.

In my opinion; if somehow the servers have crashed; we should have been getting ONLY error messages for now. Or we shouldn't be even connect to the webpage..
I see their plain web pages like everyone else. Once or twice I get errors but then I see the "En raison d’un intérêt marqué pour le Québec et d’u.... " error page.

I think they're just trying to eliminate some of the crowd and will make the switch during the day.. There's no crash..

It is a totally failure of their SOFTWARE VENDOR/DEVELOPOERS.
They should learned the lesson from Yahoo/Google who servers millions of users daily...

I think CIC will soon eliminate their separate Immigration and take it to the main stream of Express Entry.
This is what is going to happen as they are not managing properly.
