Yes u r absolutely right and this is the right and fair way to choose the applicants.

Error 20, 26, 32 and that official statement error page. Another fail for them during the first day. They should have prepared for this as a long timefram was already set. It's hard to let this pass by easily because the next thing you know site is already up and quota is filled while you were sleeping. Quebec, give us a good schedule and stick to it!

they should have just checked our profile, ranked it according to their specific criteria and accomodate everyone.. after this take in, 2,800 then the next will be processed on June 2016 for the 7,000 applicants.. and so on easy....

i agree on this! i think that must be it! so all of us can be accomodated. no payment yet till they had evaluated our profiles
