they should have just checked our profile, ranked it according to their specific criteria and accomodate everyone.. after this take in, 2,800 then the next will be processed on June 2016 for the 7,000 applicants.. and so on easy....

If they had been accepting 400 applications every 10 minutes, by now they should have reached 2800 by9:40am. So what do they want us to do. to keep trying?

I think they are gonna change the period to submit application for CSQ, same thing which occurred for registration in mon project till 5th Jan and than they had changes the dates to register for accounts.
