- Preparing month end reports and submitting to the controller.
- Verifying the accuracy of daily transactions like; credit cards, cash, cheque and Electronic Fund Transfers
- Analyzing and verifying the financial information’s and processing them.
- Resolving accounts related issues and submitting the report.
- Administering the stores in making changes with the payment receipt
- Handling enquires and confirming the payment receipt.
- Providing training and supervision for newly hired staffs, as per the company policy
- Reconciling the daily sales report and cash receipt report
- Balancing ledger and Journal entries and recording the entries.

Thank you so much for replying me .And congrats on your PR . Your job description is so similar to mine . So I have initially picked noc 1311 now I have ITA can I change the noc code ? Also if I may ask how much did you earn with this position(no offence ) reading online about how your annually salary matters aswell .

It doesn’t matter if it’s above the minimum wage in your province. For changing a NOC I would say you have to provide a letter of explanation stating the change and why did you had to change.

Can anyone please help me to choose my correct NOC as I am account payable lead analyst. Below are my some duties.
- examine, recording and verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and make sure they are paid in timely manner.
- Prepare various reports such as Mid-day, day end reports and publish the same to team
- Speak with Latin American clients and resolve work related problems with them.
- Cordinate with others teams to resolve work issues.
- give on job training to new employees.
- authorise Mexican and Argentina Payments.
