Accountants (CA,CGA,CMA etc..) and Future CA's of Canada

For those who are in Canada, kindly guide us (Immigrants / future Immigrnats of Canada) on how to gain the title/license of CA - Chartered Accountant of Canada.

Shrare some experience or tips.

I still havent decided whether to bother converting my Australian CA over to a Canadian one... once you have a job here i think people look at your more on the strength of your experience rather than your qualifications... but I guess it can't hurt. depends how much work it is
