Account stuck at "We are processing your Job Bank registration"

Hi everyone,

I created my account on May 14th. It has been stuck at "We are processing your Job Bank registration" for almost 72hrs now. I got an email with the message "Your application has been updated" 24 hours after creating the account but no update in the status of my account. Seems that I've missed this round of ITAs. Has anyone had the same experience?
