Accompanying Spouse's Language Test and Credential Assessment

For those on this forum who are being accompanied by a spouse on their application, my question is: Does the accompanying spouse have to provide IELTS test result and credential assessment from agencies such as WES, ICAS etc? Please share your plans and what you are doing for your accompanying spouse.
