Accompanying parents for PR landing at port of entry (Carway AB)

Hi
I am a Canadian citizen. My parents recently received confirmation of Permanent Residence and immigrant VISA stamped on their passport. They are already in Canada with US. They plan to land at Carway AB border and I will be accompanying them during this process. I have following questions:

1) My parents have valid US visa and have been to US few time already. They also have valid I94 from our last road trip to US. Should they flagpole at US border or visit US for couple of hours and re-enter Canada for landing? We do not plan to do anything in US on that day. Would US officials allow them to enter US for couple of hours.

2) I heard that if they do flag-poling then they get "Administrative Refusal" form from US officials. We have also heard that "Administrative Refusal" would not cause any problem on their future US trips. Is it true? Do they have to declare "Administrative Refusal" every time they travel to US in future?

3) Since I have to be with them throughout this process, what kind of form I get if they do flag-poling? Do I get the same "Administrative Refusal" from officials? Would that be on my records? and cause any problem for my future visits to US?

4) I have also heard that accompanying members get "Withdrawal of Application of Admission". Is it true even if I am a Canadian citizen? Is there a possibility that I will get "Withdrawal of Application of Admission"? Would that be on my records? and cause any problem for my future visits to US? Do I have to declare either of these status in the future while entering US?

I know too many questions but I could not find such specific information online.... :)

You will all receive administrative refusal if you decide to flagpole, basically you do not enter the US. This will not impact your future visits and will not need to be mentioned each time you visit the US (this is not an actual refusal).

I believe that won't apply to the OP who is a Canadian citizen, provided they bring their Canadian passport. And I also think that since OP's parents already have valid I-94 cards, there will be no such administrative refusal, as they have already been previously permitted to enter.

My experience: I took a day trip to cross the border with my two Canadian relatives to activate my PR. I refused the option by the CBP officer to flagpole, so I was granted an I-94. My relatives' passports were taken by CBP and CBSA together with mine but largely ignored, both border security agencies only interviewed me.

Thanks Naheulbeuck and bellaluna for your advice.

We completed landing for my parents. There was no need to go US border as we could take U turn between Canadian and US posts at Carway. That eliminated all the doubts about Administrative Refusal etc. The entire process was completed in 15 mins and we could reach home on time.

The staff greeted us very well and was easy to work with and as it is less crowded. Definitely recommend Carway anyone who wants to flagpole.
