I have recieved acceptance for 2 years masters program in health services administration sciences.I want to move with my 4 kids, while my husband will not accompany me as he is the sponsor and has established job,I want to know if applying with all my kids can result in visa rejection?())my kids are all under 16 years of age).

It would be difficult for those whose under 13 years old because you cannot left them alone, unless your eldest who is 15 y/o is responsible enough to take care of them. It is hard to satisfy the vo that you can take care all of them while you are busy being a student yourself. This is just my own opinion.

if you have a relative in canada then you can take his sponsorship too .. he can bear your kids responsibility during your study... get a letter from your sponsor and state that he will take care of your kids..

Keep in mind you'll have to pay international tuition for your children to go to school as well. I've heard it can be $12,000 per year per child. Then you will need a 3 bedroom apartment or house at minimum (more than 2 kids per bedroom is not allowed in Canada). Kids are the most expensive thing you can have - more than a car or house.

It would be best to apply for your kids when you have a full time job (after graduation) or when you apply for CEC for your PR.
