Hi friends,

Is it better to immigrate individually as I will have greater CRS points and it will be cheaper, and then after finding a job I will apply for family sponsorship ( How much time does it take?).

or to accompany my family and include them in my papers from the beginning ( How much time is allowed for them to land in Canada , if I'm the Main applicant).

I need your advice expertise ::) ::)

You mean have your spouse/children accompany you? Who exactly are you referring to?

You can't immigrate without declaring your spouse/children, and they must have medical exams. If you did, this is misrepresentation, and you could never sponsor them in the future. They could also permanently ban you from Canada.

Of course I will declare them in my immigration papers , what I mean by "individual" is to mention that they will not accompany me (It is a legal option I think).
By the way my family are my wife and my baby.

I think whether to declare them as accompanying or non-accompany depends on how much different your score will be. If including your wife as an accompanying family and your score goes below the minimum points pulled for Express entry, I would recommend declaring her as non-accompanying.

If however including your wife doesn't put you below the points, then I would suggest you include her rather than go though the process of sponsoring her later.

As for family sponsorship, currently CIC's goal is to process it within 12 months.

If you are including her in your application as accompanying, she will land the same time as you will.
